WHOLESALE FAQ

We wish for our stockists to enjoy an easy & stress-free ordering process. 

HOW TO ORDER: All you have to do is register your business with us via the contact form https://www.xoskinco/pages/xo-skin-co-wholesale .  If your business, meets our requirements, you will be approved within two weeks. Once you have received your approval email, you can place your order with us.

STOCK: To keep up with the ever-growing demand for our XO Skin Co. products, we regularly have items on pre-order.  A pre-order item always has the estimated arrival date on the product page, so please note this date at the time of order, so you know when to expect that product. If there is any product with a lower stock level than what you were after, just email us at wholesale@xoskinco.com.au to check availability, and we'll do our best to assist.

PRODUCT TESTERS: Testers are to be purchased at the standard W/S price.

PRODUCT SAMPLES: If you wish to sample products before your opening order, you can do so at the standard W/S price by emailing wholesale@xoskinco.com.au

WHOLESALE PRICING: All prices are listed in AUD dollars and exclude GST. You can access all pricing once your account has been approved. If you wish to receive a price list, you can email Marissa at marissa@xoskinco.com.au

WHOLESALE SHIPPING: All domestic wholesale orders attract a $20 standard flat rate shipping fee. Express post is available for a flat fee of $30. Generally, our wholesale orders will ship with Australia Post; however, depending on the size of the order and your location, we also use Couriers.

WHOLESALE HANDLING TIMES: Once your order has been paid, we will always endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. However, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. If you require urgent shipping, please use our express post option and leave a note on your order form. We will always do our best to get express orders out within two business days however cannot guarantee these turnaround times.

CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to marissa@xoskinco.com.au within 2 hours of initial order submission.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payments are due at the placement of order. Opening orders will have an invoice emailed to you with instructions on paying and must be paid within 24 hours of being received. Any outstanding invoices we will hold stock for you for five days. After five days, the stock will be released, and we cannot guarantee product availability when you reorder so, please ensure you pay your invoice in the allocated timeframe.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS / LOST DELIVERIES: Please contact us at wholesale@xoskinco.com.au within five days of receiving damaged or defective shipments. If it is determined that items are faulty, new products (& or boxes) will be shipped. If it is determined that product(s) are lost during shipping, please contact us via the same channels, and we will follow up with couriers to determine the outcome.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective product(s) as noted above.

CONSIGNMENT: At this time, we are not able to do consignment.

DROPSHIPPING: At this time, we do not offer Dropshipping.
